These messages may include campaign updates, donation solicitations, fundraising requests, volunteer opportunities, event invitations, surveys, and other campaign-related communications (collectively, the "Programs").

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or donation.

Message frequency will vary depending on campaign activity. Sergio for Senate reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages delivered.

Sergio for Senate also reserves the right to change the phone number, short code, or long code from which messages are sent.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Sergio for Senate, its service providers, and supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

CANCELLATION / OPT-OUT

You may opt out of receiving text messages from any Program at any time.

To unsubscribe, reply with any of the following keywords to the applicable short code or long code phone number:

After you send an opt-out request, you may receive one additional message confirming your decision to unsubscribe.

You understand and agree that the methods described above are the only reasonable and exclusive methods for opting out. Any other method of opting out, including texting words or phrases other than those listed above or verbally requesting removal, is not considered a valid opt-out method.

If you are subscribed to multiple Programs from different short codes or long code numbers, you must opt out separately from each number.

Sergio for Senate is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of mobile messages connected with any Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider.
